Service break starting from Tue 18 June 2024, what to take into account?

Graduating degree student

• The last day to apply for graduation in the spring semester 2024 is 3 June 2024 at 3.00 pm. More information about graduation on Haaga-Helia's web page: Graduation.
• If you are graduating during spring semester 2024, download the electronic degree certificate from the link sent to you by email (the link is valid for 21 days from the date of graduation). We recommend that you download the electronic degree certificate on 17 June 2024 at the latest.

Applying for further education

• If you are applying for further education, for example for master degrees or other universities, please check the deadlines for certificate attachments with the higher education institutions. Order the necessary copies of your degree certificate from Haaga-Helia well in advance of the service break.

Study certificates and transcript of records that can be downloaded from Peppi

• Peppi does not work during the service break, therefore you cannot download study certificates and transcript of records. It is also not possible to get them from Study Services during the service break. Please download these certificates well in advance of the service break, but latest on Mon 17 June 2024. Certificates that are ordered through the E-form

• The service break also affects our E-forms and Study Services E-forms are open until 16 June 2024. It is not possible to get service after this and during the service break (for example ordering a certified true copy of your degree certificate or a transcript of records or study certificate). Note! If it is not possible for you to identify through Suomi.fi e-identification (you do not have a Finnish social security number or Finnish online banking codes), fill in the form on Tue 11 June 2024 at the latest. We will send you an email with more information about the identification.

Resignation announcement

• It is not possible to fill in the resignation announcement on the E-form during the service break. The form is open until 16 June 2024. Note! If it is not possible for you to identify through Suomi.fi e-identification (you do not have a Finnish social security number or Finnish online banking codes), fill in the form on Tue 11 June 2024 at the latest. We will send you an email with more information about the identification.
